Empowered Hourly

Our flexible 10-hour college counseling package for 8th-12th graders
Empowered 4 College now offers 10-hour blocks for students in 8th-12th grade! A limited number of students will be accepted as hourly clients for each grad year. By purchasing a block of hours, families officially reserve their child's seat in the Empowered 4 College caseload for the child's graduation year. This means that as long-term clients, these families will receive priority for college application assistance (hourly or comprehensive) when it becomes time for their child to apply to college. It is my expectation that future class years will begin to fill 2-3 years in advance as a result of this new offering.
One-on-one support is provided by Ashleigh Taylor and the Empowered 4 College team. Students can select from a variety of Empowered 4 College's Counseling Success Modules (CRMs) on a wide variety of topics including:
- Study Skills
- Resume Building
- Curriculum Selection
- Interest Exploration
- Leadership Development
- Summer Planning
- Independent Projects
- College Research and List Building
- Interview Preparation
- Financial Aid and more

Empowered 4 College Comprehensive Program

Our signature package for high-achieving high school students interested in applying to moderately to highly selective colleges and universities
Empowered 4 College's comprehensive package begins in a student's 11th-grade year and includes private support from former University of Michigan senior admissions officer, Ashleigh Taylor. Students progress from monthly to bi-weekly meetings that cover a wide variety of topics including application strategy, resumé development, summer planning, college research, list building, major selection, essay writing, interview prep, and more.
This package also includes access to the Wow Writing Dashboard and students will be walked through the Wow Writing 10-step personal statement development process by Ashleigh herself. This package includes comprehensive assistance with all required materials.* Payment plan available.
